EMCC’s Fee system
Fees are set by the Committee of Management and are subject to change at any time depending on the budget.
Fees must be paid fortnightly by Debit Success.
Unless special arrangements are made with the Committee of Management.
The normal fee is payable at all times, regardless of absence due to sickness or holidays, public holiday closures, or any other reason.
In the event of a parent wishing to cancel the child’s normal booked time, four weeks notice must be given in writing. A Failure to do so will result in four weeks fees being charged in lieu of notice.
It is the parents’ responsibility to apply for child care subsity with the Family Assistance Office.
A deposit of $250 is to be paid prior to your child starting care. This is refundable when your child leaves the service.
If staff have to stay late to look after your child, a late fee of $50 will be charged for each 15 Minutes (or part thereof) after 6.00 pm.
