Rebecca has a Diploma of Child Care and Community Services and is the program co-ordinator. She has been working as an Early Childhood Educator since 1996 and has been with the EMCC since 1999.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and is the program co-ordinator. She has been working for the East Melbourne Child Care Co-op since 2006.
